Hashani joined us in 2024 and is registered as a dental hygienist in the UK. Hashani graduated as a dentist in Sri Lanka in 2011. Alongside practicing Dentistry in Sri Lanka, Hashani has a wealth of experience working in the Periodontology department of the Dental School. Here she also taught undergraduate students as an Assistant Lecturer, before moving to the UK.

Hashani likes to make patients feel at ease during treatment. She is passionate about prevention of gum disease and helping individuals acheive good oral health.

Outside work, Hashani loves to travel and enjoys spending time with her family, having two young children.
